Classes & Platform
What platform do you use for classes?
All classes are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. You will receive a link before each session. All you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space.
What time zone are the classes in?
We teach students all over the world and work across every time zone. Wherever you are, we will find a class time that fits your schedule. During your free trial consultation, we will arrange a time that works for both you and your teacher.
Scheduling & Cancellations
What if I need to miss or reschedule a class?
We understand life gets busy. Give us at least 24 hours notice and we can reschedule at no extra cost. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Payments & Commitment
What currencies do you accept?
We accept all currencies supported by our banking platform, so you can pay in your local currency wherever you are in the world. We will confirm the available payment options during your free trial consultation.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No contracts. You purchase class packages of 4, 8, or 12 classes and use them at your own pace. The free trial has absolutely no commitment or payment required.
